Ritetack Instant Grab 600mL Sausage delivers the same high-tack construction adhesive performance as standard Ritetack in a larger format suited to bigger jobs and frequent application.
Designed for professional construction, fit-out, signage and fabrication work, its extreme initial grab helps hold materials in position quickly while reducing reliance on temporary fixings. The 600mL sausage format gives trade users more adhesive per pack, making it a practical option for longer runs, larger panels and repeat installations.
Ritetack cures with atmospheric moisture and forms a strong, durable and elastic bond across a wide range of common building materials. It is suitable for interior and exterior use and is free from solvents, isocyanates, phthalates and silicones.
More Ritetack for bigger jobs
The 600mL sausage format is designed for applications where a standard cartridge may need to be changed more frequently. With more adhesive available in each pack, it suits larger-scale installations and repeat bonding work where consistency and workflow matter.
- 600mL sausage format for higher-volume application
- Extreme initial tack for fast positioning and immediate hold
- Reduced reliance on temporary support when correctly applied
- Strong multi-material adhesion across common construction substrates
- Interior and exterior performance for a broad range of jobs
- Durably elastic after curing
- Paintable with compatible paint systems
- Non-corrosive to metals
- Almost odourless neutral cure
Designed for high-volume installations
Ritetack 600mL is well suited to projects where long adhesive runs or repeated bonds are part of the job. Its combination of high initial grab and strong cured performance makes it useful across construction, shopfitting, signage, fabrication and transport applications.
Common uses include:
- Large wall and construction panels
- Skirting boards and long timber trims
- Signage and display panels
- ACM and aluminium panel installations
- Windowsills
- Mirrors and glass
- Ceramic and porcelain tiles
- Insulation materials
- Metal fabrication
- Vehicle body and transport applications
- Marine construction applications
- Structural bonding in vibrating constructions
- General commercial and industrial installs
Multi-surface construction adhesive
Ritetack is formulated to bond a broad mix of building and industrial materials, making the 600mL sausage a useful option when several substrate types are involved across the same project.
Suitable materials include:
- Finished timber and wood
- Concrete
- Natural stone and stone
- Plaster
- Porcelain and ceramic tiles
- Polystyrene
- Polyurethane
- PVC and selected plastics
- Mirrors and glass
- Aluminium and anodised aluminium
- Stainless steel
- Copper, lead and zinc
- Other suitable metals
- HPL
- Cement fibre boards
Always carry out an adhesion test before full application, particularly on coated, treated or unfamiliar surfaces.
High initial grab without the extra fixings
Ritetack is engineered with extreme initial tack to help keep materials where they are placed from the start. When the adhesive is applied correctly, temporary support is generally not required during curing.
This makes it particularly useful for panel, trim and fit-out work where reducing visible nails, screws or rivets can help create a cleaner finished installation.
Durable performance after cure
Once cured, Ritetack remains elastic and provides good resistance to weather and moisture. It is rated for UV, fresh water, salt water and weather resistance, with a service temperature range of -40°C to +100°C.
Its stated joint movement capability is ±25%, with an elongation at break of 350%, helping the cured bond accommodate movement in suitable applications.
How to apply Ritetack 600mL Sausage
- Ensure the surfaces are solid, clean and, for optimal results, dry.
- Apply Ritetack in vertical beads with spacing appropriate to the size and weight of the material.
- Bring the two surfaces together and press firmly into position.
- Maintain an adhesive layer of at least 3mm between the substrates.
- Do not apply the adhesive in dots.
- Use the quantity of adhesive appropriate for the material, surface area and load.
- Always test adhesion before proceeding with the complete installation.
Ritetack adheres without primer to most suitable substrates, including some damp surfaces. Porous substrates such as brick and concrete may require primer before bonding.
